1. Frame Grab lets you export any frame from a MOV, M4V, or MP4 video as a high-quality still image in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC format with simple, intuitive controls.
2. Choose File > Open and select the movie file(s), or drag the file(s) onto the Frame Grab application icon.

4. With Continuous Grabbing, you can automatically add a specified number of frames to the Queue at fixed intervals.
5. You can export frames one by one, or add them to the Queue (sidebar) and export them all at once.
